 Part of my recent moon series of meditation, yoga & chanting under the glow of the full moon in the beautiful California Desert, join me for a little wake up yoga! An example of a yoga session I might practice after my morning meditation. Great for getting into the body, deciding how you want to show up in the world & an overall feel good flow.
